Welcome to StopTheLens.com

It's not too late to make your voice heard!

Just a few of the reasons your voice needs to be heard at the voting booth August 27th, 2013.  Vote YES to Stop the LENS.

  • IT IS NOT a Pier, it’s a sidewalk to nowhere
  • Overlooks the recommendations of the Pier Task Force
  • Spends $50 million generated in taxes from everyone in Pinellas County yet in Poll after poll we find that St Petersburg citizens in large majority do NOT support borrowing this money to build the Lens
  • Many design and construction issues including permitting challenges are still unresolved to this day.
  • Our voices have been ignored but the petitions have been submitted for verification and we WILL have our vote!
